I love my family and friends dearly and deeply, although I may not interact with them on a daily basis, I find that I let them know from time to time, that I am thinking of them. I love the written word, I love finding the right card, I enjoy sending a thoughtful gift, a sweet hello, a surprise call, a quick text message, an email, an ecard, any means that I can reach out and connect. How was your day? How are you doing? I care about you! I'm so proud of you. Words of encouragement and so much more. A pat on the back, a thumbs up, a smile, an embrace, a caress, a gentle kiss on the forehead, a simple touch, these small actions can say so much.
