Creating A More Diversified Plate - Wordless Wednesday


I decided that my family and I'd would start trying new things and introducing more vegetables into our meals to create a more healthy, diversified plate....

Here's a picture of our diversified plate!

Though apprehensive at first, I only encouraged everyone to try one piece of every NEW vegetable introduced. Everyone enjoyed our grilled meal and reported being STUFFED! Love that!!
